Manufacturing: We have 2 plants, Satish Injecto-Plast Pvt. Ltd. and Satish Industrial Plastic, located in Nasik, Maharashtra, India, about 180kms of Mumbai (Bombay), housing 19 injection moulding machines, ranging from 50 to 250 Tons. We also have good in-house tool room support and some dedicated tool rooms catering to our mould requirements.

All our machine operators are qualified, trained and highly experienced to handle injection moulding machines of latest designs and are conscious of their contribution towards quality output. The supervisory staff consists of qualified engineers, widely experienced in the field of plastics.

All our machines are equipped with downstream auxiliary equipment like, Hopper Dryers, MTCs, etc. to facilitate moulding of all types of engineering plastics like, PC, PC-GF, PA, PA-6GF(15% TO 60%), PA-66, PA-66GF, ABS, PC-ABS, PBT, PBT-GF, PTFE, PU, DeLRIN, SAN, CELCON, PVC, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE,PP, PPTALC, EPDM, etc. We have capability to mould any new variety of plastic.

Our group is always on the look out for opportunities, and as a result, we are always on an expansion mode. We are on our way to start a new plant in Pune, 200Kms from Nasik. This will house 4 machines ranging from 90 to 400 Tons

Design and Development: The group has advanced tool room with VMC, EDM, etc. supported by other conventional machines such as lathe, surface grinder, DRO Milling. We have design facilities for both a) Product design. b) Tool design.
