Satish Industrial Plastics has three, workshops. All these workshops are well equipped with latest machinery, equipments & handling facilities to meet the challenge of handling several product lines at a time. These manufacturing facilities are managed by our experienced & technically qualified engineers, who adhere to one keyword - QUALITY. We have number of latest machines together with various types of auxiliary equipments which support good quality & consistency. List is given below. To help to achieve desired result, we have our own tool room backed by well equipped technical staff.
Power- The group has its own H.T. connections for uninterrupted three phase power supply which is made available by M.S.E.B.
Design and Development-The group has advanced tool room in which we have VMC, EDM, etc. supported by other auxiliary machines such as lathe, surface grinder, DRO Milling. We have design facilities for both a) Product design. b) Tool design. |
We process all types of plastic engineering material such as PC, PC-GF, PA, PA-6GF(15% TO 60%), PA-66, PA-66GF, ABS, PC-ABS, PBT, PBT-GF, PTFE, PU, DeLRIN, SAN, CELCON, PVC, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE,PP, PPTALK, EPDM, etc. The group has the capacity to process any new material if need arises. |
